House cleaning service.
General cleaning: Initial cleaning:
$100 for 1 bdrm, 1 bath up to 800 sq ft. $200.00
$110 for 1 bdrm, 1 bath up to 1000 sq ft. $220.00
$120 for 2 bdrm, 1 bath up to 1100 sq ft. $240.00
$130 for 2 bdrm, 2 bath up to 1200 sq ft. $250.00
$140 for 3-4 bdrm, 1-2 bath up to 1600 sq ft. $300.00
$150 for 3-4 bdrm, 1-3 bath up to 1800 sq ft. $350.00
Wipe down outer cabinets, outer kitchen hood, counters, dust blinds, mop kitchen floor, vacuum carpet, clean bathroom.
Additional cost or add on are as follow:
$25 extra for clean inside fridge
$50 extra clean inside cabinets
$25 extra clean inside stove or range
$15 extra for cleaning hood filter.
Move out cleaning:
1 bdrm $250.00
2 bdrm $300.00
3 bdrm $375.00
4 bdrm $450.00
