mutton-1 lb ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp dhaniya powder-1 tbsp zeera powder-1 tbsp salt to taste meat masala powder-1 tbsp turmeric-1/4 tbsp chilli powder-1/2 tbsp green chillis-3 chopped onion-1 large cut into slices coconut milk-1 cup tomato puree-1 cup water-2 to 3 cups coriander leaves chopped garam masala powder-1/2 tbsp or whole garam masala
*First clean mutton and keep aside the size of the mutton can be small or large pieces depends on how u eat. *Now take a pressure cooker and add the chopped onions,coriander leaves,chilli powder,salt,ginger garlic paste, dhaniya powder,turmeric,chilli powder,meat masala,zeera powder,coconut milk,mutton and water and close the lid and let it cook until 7 to 8 vessels. *After cooking open the lid and take out the mutton pieces from the cooker and add tomato puree into it and taste it wheather the salt is enough or not and cook it for 1 to 2 min and then add the mutton into it and cook it for 1more minute leave the gravy according u want and garnish it with coriander ,cucumber and tomato.How it is in the above picture.
