crab-1 pound fresh coconut shredded-1 cup or frozen onion-1 large ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp tomatoes-1 big masala powder-1 tbsp khas khas-1 tbsp cinnamon stick-1 inch lavang-2 cardamoms-2-3 haldi powder-1/2 tbsp salt to taste coriander chopped
*first clean the crab and separate the legs and body parts by breaking them and keep aside. *now make a fine paste by adding khas khas,coconut,cardamoms,lavang,cinnamon stick and keep aside. *now take a large frying pan and add oil and now fry the onions by cutting them into small pieces until they turn into brown colour. *now add ginger garlic paste into it and fry properly.now add the tomatoes and fry them.now add the paste and cook it well until the paste fry properly now add salt,haldi powder and masala powder and mix it well. *now add little water into it and mix well now add crab into the masala and cook it well.after boiling the water disappears little by little so u can add the water according to the thickness of gravy.at last add coriander leaves if u want. serve hot with rice its very tasty.
