rajma beans-1 cup(soaked and boiled) ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp tomatoes-2 chopped or paste dhaniya powder zeera powder haldi powder salt to taste butter-1 tbsp oil chilli powder garam masala powder coriander chopped lemon-1 onion finely chopped
*First soak the beans for 6 hours or whole night and boil them in a pressure cooker.dont keep for more vessels it may become paste. by adding water and keep aside dont throw the boiled water separate the water and beans and keep aside. *Now take a frying pan and add oil required and add onions and fry them then add ginger garlic paste and fry properly until golden colour.now add salt,garam masala,chilli powder,dhaniya powder,zeera powder,and haldi powder and mix it well then add the boiled water which u separated in the first step and boil it properly now add the tomatoes and fry it well then add boiled beans and fry for some time then add the rest of the water and boil it properly until cooked.now add the butter at last. u can make it as gravy or dry .accordingly u can prepare it . *Garnish with coriander and lemon.It is really good to eat with puri or chapathi.Taste it u will like it.
