* mix maida and all other ingre * coat the dough with oil * refrigrate the dough for couple of hrs stuffing ********* * heat the oil * add cumin seeds * add onions * add salt and turmeric pwd * wait for the onions to cook * add chilli pdr * add the partially smashed veggies * and cook for two mins * add celantro method ****** * roll the dough like chappathi and cut into two pieces * make a cone with one piece using water to stick the sides * fill the stuffing and close the cone * fry the samosa s till golden brown tip *** can even bake it if you are conscious about using oil * preheat the oven to 420 * arange all the filled samosa s in a baking tray * spray with low fat oil spray * bake for 12-15 mins or till the samosa s are golden brown
